Her Father Jacob Thorne was in Starfleet ,and his ship Was destroyed by Cardissians while Jacobs ship was chasing a Maquis ship., the Cardissians Mistaken her fathers ship being part of the Maquis when it wasn’t…. So Amelia mourns her father and ship USS- Phoenix. So this is why Amelia chose to be a Starbase Capt. She was worried that Lightening would strike twice and she’d be next for trouble. It was better for her to stand in one place , and not move unless needed to. Like a shuttle or something. But she was afraid of being a Starfleet ship Captain because of what happened to her Father…

General Overview		Amelia was born and Raised In Phoenix Arizona with her parents and 2 siblings. She was an adventurer by heart and enjoyed life as she knew through Schooling. She then found her big break which was Starfleet she headed for the Phoenix Arizona Space Port, and headed for San Francisco to participate in Star Fleet Academy there. She was great fighter through her classes in high school and College, and she showed Starfleet all she has got. Amelia was following in her fathers foot steps even though she was sad on what happened to Her Father near Cardissian Prime with that accident, but in spirit she wanted to show her Father what kind of daughter he had, Even though her Mom was against It after what happened to her Husband. So Mom let her go and join Starfleet. She was a real winner in Starfleet she did what needed to be done with her fighting skills and Passing her Exams. Amelia showed great expectations with Starfleet,saw her and graduated her with great honors By moving her up to command , and assigned her to a Starbase. Strengths & Weaknesses		Strength: She was real winner with Starfleet academy, she passed her exams, and taught to use a starfleet phaser type 1 and two, and passed with flying colors and was taught to fly a fighter too which she excelled in. an pleased her Star Cadette instructors. Weakness : When her Father died - Her Father Jacob Thorne was in Starfleet ,and his ship Was destroyed by Cardissians while Jacobs ship was chasing a Maquis ship., the Cardissians Mistaken her fathers ship being part of the Maquis when it wasn’t…. Ambitions		To be the greatest Starfleet officer , and hope to join the ranks of her father and make Admiral. Her Father was going to make Admiral after the Maquis mission, but didn’t make it. So She hopes she can be next in line for that role , and succeed her father who didn’t make it.
Hobbies & Interests		Amelia’s hobbies were joining Starfleet ,and be like how her father was That was Amelias Interest , her Hobby was Reading up on Starfleet history , so she knew what its all about , and what to learn

Personal History		Amelia’s eyes were to the stars ever since she was born, her Father would teach her how to use Starfleet weapons or go target practicing together. He helped her steer and fly a Starbase Shuttle too , which Emila enjoyed the most she knew she was Starfleet Material after her father left for his mission and got killed later, by Cadissians. Amelia wanted to fill her Fathers Boots and make him proud in Spirit . There was nothing stopping her being Capt. of a Starship.
